The YumaPOS Notification Center allows you to configure messages for your customers. You can send messages to all customers or only specified groups of customers. Additionally, you can specify whether to send messages immediately, or schedule messages to send them at specified time.

There are two types of messages:

  • Manual messages: you can manually compose these messages in Back Office, and then configure Notification Center to send them using an email, an sms or Mobile push service.
  • Automatic event messages: Notification Center supports the event-driven messaging. These messages help your customers resolve some issues that they encounter when using Mobile app. For example, if a customer sent a request to change their password, Notification Center automatically sends instructions on how to perform this operation.
